i found taking a break to be alot easier and rewarding than i thought.

i used to smoke everyday, 3-4 times a day, for a couple months. one day, i just decided to stop for awhile. all you need is the right motivation, and stick to it.

after the 3rd or 4th day without having it.. you can notice the difference, and it feels great. i dont think it will be much of a deal since you only do it on the weekends. but i havent been tempted to smoke while i was on my break. after all, marijuana isnt addicting. so with that in mind, go find something to do. and enjoy!
