    a quick FAQ about strains

ello all i thought i would take the time to tell the noobs about difrent strains,as it is a bit anoying seeing the same question asked over and over again (DO YOU KNOW WHAT STRAIN THIS IS)

well a predominant indica will have short fatter leafs
and will grow into a smallish bush

a predominant sativa will have longer thinner fan leafs and will grow quite tall unlike the bushy indica, a sativa once fully matured will give you bigger longer buds with a bit more wieght

now we get onto the cross strains
a cross strain between these both will show characteristics of both strains
and some will be quite hard to tell
depending on the percentage of the cross breed

say a breed with 20% indica and 80% sativa ,the sativa will be more predominant than the indica, thus giving more signs of it being a sativa
these cross breeds will act and grow slightly diffrent from an original strain but will still give out pleasing results ,sometimes better

when asking someone on here if they no what strain this is, plz take into mind that there is that many difrent strains out there that it would be virtually impossible to tell !!!!
even if you grew the same strain as your m8 from the same bag of seeds
it will look difrent and grow difrent to his
you will never get 2 cannabis plants that look identical ,
take a look at my white rhino thread and you will see that me and my m8 legalizdahurb grew a white rhino from the same seed pack and his looked totally difrent to mine
mine looked more indica and his looked more sativa lol

well i hope this gets thru to people befour asking that same question lol
    cheers all

    a quick FAQ about strains

Just to add something even identical clones can change slightly depending on humidity, temps, amount of light and the grow methods in the 2 grow cabs. Somethings will be identifyable and you should be able to tell roughfly what area of strains it is from. I.e. Sativa, indica, purple something etc.
The best is smell and taste but we can't do that on here and even that changes with differant harvesting methods.
So basicly as Buster said use the search a bit.(It can be annoying @ times but it works)
So unless you are growing a very pure or popular strain, growing it is going to tell you the most about it I think.
I am sure if you just do a grow log of how your plant is doing ppl will be happy to drop by and give advice and encoragement.
