Yeah im just wondering if there is anyway to keep bud good for a long period of time, like months. And if it would change the weight too ? ?

it's called curing and people do it in mason jars. just be careful of mould though.

Yes just keep it in a air tight jar or container.

fill the glass jar about 3/4 full loosely so the buds aren't all crammed in and put the lid on. keep in are dark cool place. take the lid off for a few minutes every day to exchange the air in the jar. you can cure this way until the bud is how you like it. if it gets to dry you can put a small orange peel peice or a damp little sponge peice in there with it. then if you are planning to save it for a longer period of time, say you only do 1 outdoor grow a year and want to have bud throughtout the year until the next harvest, you can put it in vacuum bags (do not put the orange peel or sponge in there)after curing and it should last you until the next harvest. that is if you don't smoke it all first of course!!! happy curing!
