How long do you hold your smoke in.

I can't hold it in for that long. I suppose it depends on how big of a hit I took. I've some monsters that have no chance of breaking a few seconds.

I just take it easy and go with the flow. Some are held longer than others.

My lung capacity is very low since I had blood clots in my lungs... they have not healed completely yet. So it's hard for me to hold in big hits. Normally I can only hold it in for about 5-7 seconds, I'd say.. I've only been able to do a ghost hit a few times after I got out of the hospital.

Well...I believe most (~95%)of the THC is absorbed in like 3-5 seconds or so..so holding it in is pointless.

i hold it in until i just start to feel uncomfortable, then i exhale into a plastic bag...then inhale from the bag and exhale into the air. i do this when i need to conserve my supply. works pretty well

haha, "recycling" as we call it. we do this almost every time we vaporize. when someone is out of weed and i only have a lil bit: "hey, you want me to bag one for ya?". sometimes you can get a couple people, besides yourself, stoned with .3 grams of some good dank. sucks being a broke college kid with a champagne taste for pot!
