    is it worth growing sativa?

i'm curious on peoples opinions on growing sativa dominant strains. So far all i've grown is two strains, both indica dominant and indoors. From what i've heard its hard to grow, its too tall for indoors(especially for me) and flowering time is alot longer than indica. It seems like a damn good smoke which i'm still yet to try. My dealers only get indica so i probably will have to grow my own next year.ALLLRRRYYYYTTEE!!!

...so heres some questions, could be a survey or sumthin lol, OK -

    1) Is it worth growing sativa?

    2)Whats your favourite sativa strain?

3)Whats the high like and what do you act like when high?

    4)Am i missing out?!

    5? ... THERE IS NO 5!!!!!?!:smokin:

I'm growing a second generation of mysterious bagseed. I think the left one is sativa-dominant, at least heavily influenced. I started 12/12 when it was 8", and it's now about 25" with a about a month to go. Whatever this hybrid is, it's been very vigorous and forgiving. The high from her mommy is rushing AND sedative. Never weighed her, but I'm guessing I got between 3 and 4 oz.

I would say don't fear, try it out (at least a hybrid) and flower early. I'm going for C99 or Willie Nelson next time I buy.

Worst photos ever! But you get the idea...

side note: Even bad cameras "don't lie." Those measly cfls are 2700K odor-killing bulbs, and overhead, a 400w G.E.LU400 HPS. Interesting spectrum difference.

Try out one of the sat-dom strains that is developed to be grown indoors but still retains the sativa 'up'. There's a bunch.

I'm growing a sativa dom. strain right now for the first time. Things are taking a bit longer, but it will be worth it in the end.

Some of the like to spiral out of control too, seriously! I started flowering this Afghan #1 x Jack Herer when it was maybe 10 inches in height, and the bugger has reached 3 ft now, and it's not near done flowering.

So if you are going to grow a sativa, make sure you have all the extra headroom you can get because they are much taller, and are lankier than indicas.

yeh cheers guys i may try out a nice hybrid. Though it may have to be controlled outside(topped or lst) rather than indoors as i dont got alot of vertical space.

It's all personal preference ,I prefer sativa nugs. Any haze cross would be do-able in a small closet, just be ready to tie tie tie. Oh yea, have you grown the lowryder strain? if so, what did you think about it ? Talk to you man ,later on

cheers kindbud, hey i'd like to see your grow sounds good, how big is your closet? Yeh i grew lowryder, it was my first grow and had alot of fun growing it. It was suprisingly smaller than the normal lowryder lol, but i got a new one half way there till harvest. It was a real nice smoke, dint last long enough, but my new grow is goin alot better and it seems its a larger phenotype than the last.

heres my recent pics of her, she the pic in my avatar(large pheno: day 38)-
