I think maybe thats because his plants and Indica and mine are Sativa, his plants will be more compact.

Those compact ones are actully the Sativa plants. I only have one Indica and its the biggest and the most stretched. IMO those plants you have look happier. they have bigger leaves. and just seem bigger.

Perhaps my strains SummerTime X Budda(Sativa) and BlueBerry X Special HAze (indica)

Just take longer to get into the Veg stage.
