I used to drink coffee all the time but I wouldnt say I was addicted to it, I stopped drinking it because I always had a cigarette with my coffee. I quit cigarettes...drinking coffee wasnt the same then. Now ive been converted to tea!

ive cut back majorly on drinking pop and i drink at least 2 cups of tea a day.........i also drink a lot of Sobe drinks and milk :thumbsup:

For exaple caffeine is worse for you then smoking because it is addictive! it alters your mind and body, however is legal to drink at any point in time you wish to.
