panic attack doesn't exactly describe it quite so well, it's just more widely used and understood.. one doesn't actually have to be in a panic, to be having a panic attack, more often then not when i have one, i experience darkened vision (even went blind once for upwards of 15 minutes, couldn't see anything it was like i had my eyes closed in a dark room, it was just pure pitch black, didn't pass out though) i break out in a cold sweat, my breathing increases pretty significantly, my body experiences a numbness, only it's not quite totally numb, just sort of tingly, i alot of tiems get really shakey, like i haven't ate anything in days and i'm really weak... not saying what you experienced for sure was one, but you might want to check in on it... if you seem to have similar symptoms often (not often as in daily or even weekly, they can be spaced out over months depending on how well you can control yourself and the situation(s) you find yourself in.

however, if you never really experience any of this, then yeah it's more than likely the first blunt you've had in awhile really worked a number on you lol
