You've been without for a couple of month, smoked a nice blunt and wham bang you passed out.

Its nothing to worry about really, as most of us exsperience this but tend to panic and blame it on other things.
All it did was drop your blood pressure ever so slightly, which this happens all the time when your getting high from the thc. Its just that sometimes the thc hits at the same time as other things in the body and causes this drop.
