Hi

Cut the coke,whole milk,sugur,and any carbs. Work out as much as you can,,wen down the gym you need to be sweating as much as possible so loads of light weights and do as many reps as poss.. plus try work out in a jumper/pull over, then wen finnished your work out go for a very hot sauna.
