i have tried to many crash diets. they work for a min, but not to long. I found the only thing that really works is diet and exercise. Start with a 1500 cal a day diet, and try to get as much exercise as u can. dont eat after 5 pm. It also helps if u eat small amounts alil more ofter instead of three big meals. It sounds like a lot of stuff to do, but after a few weeks it will just become routine. I lost all the weight i needed to in only a few months just by following these few things. Now im where i want to be and I can increase my cal in take to about 1800 to stay the same weight. For some of us this is always goin to be a struggle, but if u follow a diet plan that works for u and stick with the exercising u will see a huge difference and feel so much better. Take it from me i have 5 kids in 4 years so i had alot of baby weight to lose. Now its all gone i look great and feel great. I dont even miss all that junk food now. I like being able to go to the store and get what i want. So the lil sacrfices i made were well worth it. Good luck sweety!!
