wats 16 stone?

i dont really have a problem as im 6'2" androughly 153 lbs (a pound or two off the mark) and ive been told i need to gain weight, but i dont drink pop and i try and stay away from sweets as much as possible, i work out usually3 or 4 times a week, u just need to able to burn wat u eat, fat is almost irrelevant, u gain weight if u consume more kalories than ur body can burn, so eat more low cal stuff and only eat wen ur hungry,

(Been about 2 weeks since I weighed myself). I used to go to the cafe all the time for lunch, but have not been for nearly 2 months and plan to keep it that way.I work 9 hours a day 5 days a week in retail so I'm almost constantly moving around and am standing/walking for 8 hours a day minimum.
