starvation aint the way to go to lose weight thats just idiotic and unhealthy ffs and will leave you drained of energy at work,eat when you feel hungry and yeah forget the cheeseburgers and shit and try some healthy stuff like a cold meat salad,things like baked potatos,corn on the cob and shits gotta be good its veg!!a few portions of fruit a day is always a good thing also.
Do a bit of research on the net mole2k4 and find yourself a good daily eating schedule and try stickin to it for a month atleast and see how you get on.
Respect to you for deciding to get the head together and do something to lose some weight as i have a friend maybe a few inches taller than yourself at around 18 stone and he always complains to us (his best m8`s)about how much he hates bein overweight but he doesnt bother his arse doin anything about it,damn me and 1 of the lads actually started going to the steam rooms,sauna and swimming baths every monday thinkin we would be able to get him to come along after tellin him how good you feel after the saunas but for some reason he would always have plans on a monday night to get out of going with us!i suppose the thought of bearing his flesh at the swimming baths was a daunting task for him but hell you gotta start somewhere and dont give a shit wot no man thinks of you.
id advise getting yourself 1 of those bars you can clip under your room door for doing some sit ups as this will tone your stomach muscles for when you start losing the pounds.
