Losing weight is simple, it's the willpower that gets you.

Cut out all that soda you're drinking, 100% OUT! Not only does a can pack a good 170 calories, it is bad for your stomach due to all the carbonation. The Diet stuff is even worse for you due to the artificial sweetner. So NO pop or juices. Those juices pack just as much sugar as a pop, most of them anyways. Drink water. :thumbsup:

Cut down on cheese mainly, a no more snacking. Eat 3 healthy meals a day. Breakfast, lunch, and supper, but if you feel the need to eat and are hungry, eat something healthy, like some fruit, or veggies.

Cut out alcohol 100%. A bottle of beer packs in 350 calories. Multiply that by 6-12 beers, ouch! If you must drink, drink hard liqour, like cocktails, using a low sugar/calorie juice. If you must, use diet soda.

Get exercise. If you have a job where you are active, good, if not, you need to get out and burn those calories.

The key to losing weight is burning off more calories than you take in. Get a good workout, no more munching out, and if you do, eat an apple or something, and eat healthier. You should lose wieght in no time.
