how can i lose a few lbs?
1. Drink lots of water.
2. Hit the gym and make sure you SWEAT
3.No more of that fat ass fastfood junk
4. Say goodbye to deep fried or fried food.
5. Drink Green Tea, eat raw veggies, chill on the carbs
6. More sex hehehe
