and ill give you the same advise... take up wrestling... the day i joined, my weigh in was 180.3 pounds(of fat)... when my first match came around i was 160.1 of musscle.. i had the third biggest calf musscles in the school, and my arms were in the top 5 of the wrestling team...(although meth has now taken a big dent out of the musscles i once had... but my calfs are still fucking big... and ive been known to out run a cop with them)

also, wrestling will help you quit smoking ciggs... i was a pack a day smoker, the whole time i was a wrestler, i smoked 3 cigs a day, one in the morning, one after practice, and one after dinner or after taking a shit...
