Start taking Marshal Arts. I recommend almost any form of Kung Fu.

Start slowly maybe 3 times a week then up it to 4 times or more a week.

The first few weeks will bust your ass. But after you make it for a mouth or so you will look forward to the workout.

Then eat whatever you want when ever you want. You will loose wait and look great. I am 40 years old and weigh 145 pounds. No trace of fat. I eat whatever I want.
