Iv been growing my plants for 52 days now (so around 2 months), they'v been growing in rockwool from birth and i stated off given them blue spectrum lighting of 125w on a 18hr on 6hr off cycle, then gradually dropped an hour of daylight evry two days till i recently reached the 12hr cycle. I now use the red spectrum lights agen at 125w. Iv Rating: 5

Jack im sorry but thats incorrect, plants are like an engine full of fuel oil and coolant, if it has everything it needs nutes water ect., it dosent need to rest it can keep going and going just like Cannabis, here is an example, if u had a car that refuled itself constantly with all the things it needs to run u could drive 24/7 , if u had a car thats fule was only replentished during the night and began to dirve agin only during the days it would take u much longer to reach your destination than the latter idea of constant fuel. The destination is the flowering cycle, turning out the lights only makes it take longer to get there, u hav no signifigant growth with them off, and foliar feeding is a waste of time kuz u have to turn out the lights so u dont boil the water of th leaves.

Turning light off dosent help the plants at all During the Vegitative Stage it only takes time away from the photo perioud wich makes the plants grow, ONLY during flowering is is acceptable to switch the light cycle. You will have a much better harvest if you take this advie and apply it, 24/7 light = the best results period. trust me i have talked to many experianced growers on this and i have tested and seen the results myself.
