Anybody else used i strain called ice from rhino seed?.

Sup, just ordered some seeds called ice from rhinoseed, 100% feminised, was wondering has antbody else used them and any info on them would be a great help after my nightmare of a first grow, 10 early durban seeds, 2 no show, 2 weak looking, 3 males and fingers crossed the other three will be sweet females, here is a picture of the plant i hope to grow along with its descritpion.



The ICE ® is a selected pheno out of a Skunk Special X White Widow cross, back in '96. She was selected out of 500 females, because she had best of both sides. The enormous buds of the Skunk Special, the trich coverage and power of the White Widow, with an Indica look.

During the High times Cup of '98, the highest THC-levels were measured in the ICE. (published in Weed World).
Years of backcrossing and cubing have been spend to stabilise this cross towards the first pheno-type. Even a little bit of Blue Berry was crossed in and stabilised again. She smells like a diesel (fuel) and the flowering period is 8 weeks.
Although an indoor strain, she grows perfectly outdoor in Mediterranean climates.

Finally we managed to bring out a female version of this wonderful strain. She has been tested under the most stressful conditions and stays female.

i think youll have better luck,the durban is more an outdoor sativa...maybe thats why you had problems?

my friend recently harvested skunk special from the same place, which is mixed in with the ice you got, and the results were good, a nice typical skunk, not the best weed ive ever had, but nice and simple "no frills" weeed that gets you wrecked lol.

im guessing the white widow part will give it that extra "zing" without making the ice to hard a plant to grow.

I think the Ice is meant to be a medical strain... one of the growers featured in an Ed Rosenthal book was growing it for med use.

Yo,

ICE is a nice smoke. Used to live in 'Dam and used to smoke at a place called Softland on Spuistraat [pronouced s'POW'strat] and had many, many wonderful hours surfing the Internet whilst smashed on ICE.

Oh! Those were the days. [Why'd I move back to England again??!!??] lol

FYI, BTW Softland is not far from the World Famous, best weed in the Universe coffeeshop called De Tweede Kamer [Dutch for 'The Second Chamber' the NL equivalent of the House of Lords or the US/Canadian senate.] They now have a hash there for 40euros a gram!!! Can't remember the name of it though [trippy stuff, saw lights and wavy lines and everything on it]
