man i'm not sure but flourecent fixtures are incredibly cheap, you should just go pick some up
VOYAGER Reviewed by VOYAGER on . t12 flouro ballast.. so ive decided to put 2 4foot t12 light system into my new closet. i decided to use two that were existing fixtures in the apartment.. thers twice as many as needed in this one spot so it fine to borrow anyway as i was taking the panel off to disconnect to wiring and un screw it from the wall i saw this black goop, id say was like tar that had dripped onto and pooled on the front plate.. i scraped it off and put it backtogether.. is this normal? dangerous evan? have the ballasts outlived thier Rating: 5
