You really went overboard But hey, better to be safe than sorry, right? And I really wonder how much creatine you can get into your system with creatine-rich substances like steak. I've heard it works, but it seems easier to just take some supplements.

As for working out, the key is to have a regimen going on for a month or so before the week before the test (god that's confusing), and then during the week before the test, you need to "veg" out and start eating some fatty foods and just be lazy.
