Quit for almost a month,was chronic for about the last 15 years (bowl or two of chronic a day), for the first 3 weeks took creatine 2x a day drank alot and worked out seriously(lost almost 20 lbs) am 5'11 was 235 now 215, last few days, quit workin out, doubled up on creatine, took cranberry pills, b-12, and drank a shitload. Night before, again doubled up on creatine, ate alot of steak, b-12 and stayed Rating: 5
