Sure it's fucked up to do something like that, I don't approve of it either, but he felt later on that what he did was wrong, and hopefully drawn his conclusion.
Btw Nofx, if you believe in karma, why did you steal the Ipod in the first place?
And on-topic nowI've asked myself this question before, and the answers remains an obvious no. IMO it's absurd to be considered a criminal for smoking a plant.

As far as im concerned a crime is something that affects others. Smoking cannabis doesnt, in any way at all, ever imaginable.
Smoking a plant isnt a crime, no matter what the government say, it's only thought of as a crime because that's what they called it, doesnt mean it IS though does it?
It's the same with cannabis being called a drug, it's only because they called it a drug that people assume it IS a drug, but in reality, just because THEY say it's a drug doesnt mean it is does it?
No, exactly.
The government need to concentrate on making the world better, not persecuting a plant that has done no wrong.

When I think of criminal I think of some dritbag that'd mug some old lady for 20$ or break into your car. I don't think of myself as a criminal, but I know technically I am one.

Laws are always meant to be changed, broken, and ammended. Some people considered george washington and thomas jefferson criminals because they were "breaking the law". But in the USA we consider them heros and patriots because they stood up for what they believed. I think the laws against Mary Jane are not right. And while I would never consider myself a patriot for smoking pot, I do believe that I am standing up for what I think is right by choosing to smoke and accepting the risks! My 2 cents anyways!

fictionally speaking, hell yes.
i love the fact that everybody's got another personality in the inside, that hides a lot of things that have been done.
mine should be in jail by now, or better yet, in hell.

I guess I am a criminal. I've definitely broken some (man) laws and probably still do. But I am definitely not an evil person or commit any evil act.
