I got into Zappa around 3 years ago from hearing Lumpy Gravy.

I enjoy most all of his stuff with the Mothers of Invention, although I am still aquiring a taste for some of the solo albums. If you really dig Zappa then you should definitely check out Captain Beefheart. They were friends who I believe went to the same highschool, his music is similar to Zappa's.

Breukelen Advocaat is right about the anti-drug views though... I always enjoy the irony of listening to Zappa when under the influence of whatever I may be.
Ae... Reviewed by Ae... on . Frank Zappa i only have one of his albums(Apostrophe'/Overnight Sensation), and the music is okay when your sober, but when your high, it tells a whole different story. the story is completley random. when your high, it makes sense. anyone else like him? Rating: 5
