Frank ZappaZappa was very anti-drug, so if you're enjoying his music while high keep in mind that it was not written for that purpose.

Anyway, Cruising with Ruben and the Jets, and Absolutely Free, are two albums by the Mothers that I still have on vinyl.

Frank ZappaI got into Zappa around 3 years ago from hearing Lumpy Gravy.

I enjoy most all of his stuff with the Mothers of Invention, although I am still aquiring a taste for some of the solo albums. If you really dig Zappa then you should definitely check out Captain Beefheart. They were friends who I believe went to the same highschool, his music is similar to Zappa's.

Breukelen Advocaat is right about the anti-drug views though... I always enjoy the irony of listening to Zappa when under the influence of whatever I may be.
