AND WTF IS QUITTING SO DAMN HARD i've quit probably well over 15 times by now... only 2 times did i last any decent length of time, between 1-3 months or so... i had quit for good last time, didn't want cigarettes, didn't crave them... but then my wife got in that accident, and on the way to the hospital i was so stressed out i thought i was about to have a mental break down, so i broke down and bought me a pack of cigarettes... been smoking non stop since then.
