Do you have an internal clock?
I'm so used to waking up at 5:00 a.m. every morning that I automatically woke up at 5:00 a.m. this morning, even though I didn't have to and I didn't set my alarm clock.
I wish I could go back to sleep but I can't. Once I wake up, I'm up for the whole day.CityBoyGoneCountry Reviewed by CityBoyGoneCountry on . Do you have an internal clock? Do you have an internal clock?
yeah i have a digital internal clock, but i think it pissed me off one day and i broke it... cuz there hasn't been any routine in my sleeping habbits in like the last 15 years...
oh yeah, i hate getting woke up only to not be able to go back to sleep... nothing can put me in a worse mood, you wanna piss me off the whole day, wake me up after about 3-4 hours of sleep...

Do you have an internal clock?
I wake up every day at 5:30 am without fail or the use of an alarm clock. I wish I could sleep longer but it just doesn't happen. Even if I goto bed later at night, I still wake up at 5:30. So I get up and turn on the pc to read what is going on in the digital world and see if maybe someone posted something on this web site that was not a teenybopper question.
So far today I have found two posts that were not childish in origin, this is the other one.AJ, my 80\'s weed dealer said \"When you gotta get high, you gotta get high\"

Do you have an internal clock?
If i look at the clock befor i go to sleep i can say "ok i can get 8 hours" and i wake up in time. When i cook evrytime somthing hits the stove a little timer starts in my head, and i think ok time to flip, or stir. unless i'm stoned, then all bets are off and i sleep till noon, and burn the toast i was making at 2 in the morning.
