Help!
1.The lights not big enough? I thought the plant only needed 20-30 Watts per square foot, and I have 75 Watts which is literally 1 1/2 inches above the plant (and it's cool, I can even hold the light [as long as I want] without feeling much heat), the only thing I could see is maybe getting another one to put on the side so the lower, newer shoots could get light..
2.As for the watering, I just give it a good amount, see if any runs through, give it a half an hour - if the water has been sucked up, I put a little more, give it another half an hour and if it doesn't suck it up, remove the tray with the water and put a fresh one under it. I think thats better then giving it the same amount everytime.. I'm sure you don't drink the same amount everytime your thirsty, especially as you were growing up as a kid.
3. Slow down how?

I'm not really sure what's wrong with my plant, but I was given it when it was about a month and a half old (it was only 3 inches tall because the guy before me had CUT it and tried to re-root it.. oh yeah, when I got it it hadn't any roots yet) and I was told it would not live, but "if you really want to try, go ahead." It grew for a little in sunlight and then I got it a 75 Watt cool Floro under which it began to thrive, rooting and growing. I have it on a 18/6 timer, and for awhile it got Rating: 5
