    X-rated

i know that "most" of us on here drink occasionaly... myself, i prefer the finer liquors for my taste..... well i usually drink vodka, rum, or cognac... well last time i was at the ABC liquor and there is always those nice people there stocking shelves to help you, well i asked her where the vodka was located and she showed me and asked which i prefered. I told her i enjoied absolut and occasionaly grey goose, and sometimes polar ice (a medium grade vodka), well she said that if i was going to spend a higher amount of money i might as well get something called "X-rated"....
it is a vodka that is distilled seven times (yes seven (7) times distilled) and it was alittle on the expensive side (about 34.95 for 750ml) but god, it must have been the smoothest vodka ive ever tasted in my life and has a great "non burning" sensation going down..... i just wanted to post and let everybody know

if youre wanting a decent alcoholic drink, or just want to show off some good drink knowledge to someone.........

    i highly recomend this stuff

    later,

No matter how smooth Vodka is, it is still tastes too much like rubbing alcohol.
Only thing it's good for is mixed drinks.Try rum or cognac for drinking straight up.Or perhaps a bit of Tanqeray gin.

    The X Rated watermellon cooler.

blend down like 3 cups of fresh watermellon. Strain out the plant mush (unless you like it). mix with some sprite or soda water over ice and a double shot of x vodka.

sippen this on a hot summer day!!

I like Dark Rum, Brandy and Whiskey myself, i used to drink vodka when i was younger, but not because i liked it, just to get drunk.

That's what I found too. I never drank Vodka because of that reason, it tastes just like rubbing alcohol, not to mention it's a chick drink.

I was a whiskey/bourban man myself, beer too of course. Crown Royal or Silk Tassel were my favs. Ammeretto on occasion, same with Southern Comfort, which I always drank just with ice.
