Masta it is so good cause it is so easy.....

Bring your sugars up to temp slowly.... you will see the sugar crystals will disolve....and it will start to Boil.....then your egg will bring temp down.....and then pecans........so good. Good luck.

I am proud to announce that my salad is now made. And I wish there were a bong rip that I could run out to enjoy, but there isn't. Maybe I'll take a bath instead. That sounds relaxing.

hey BG, i should start with a "truce" i got your msg. and appricaite you taking the time to contact me, it was very thoughtful... what kind of salad did you make????
my mom has a apple chunk nut salad or something (it didnt sound too great for my personal taste) but yeah.....
and as far as that bong hit, were dry here also. there was a 250,000lb bust in our port so needless to say the busnuss took a bite this time, but i just wanted to say "high" and clear up matters

The salad I still needed to make is called lime congealed salad--lime Jello, pecans, pineapple and cream cheese, and I hope it has long enough to set before we leave in the morning, but it should be fine. And I also made cole slaw, which is a strange Thanksgiving dish, I know, but I always make it and everyone loves it. So I'm contributing green foods this year. . . .

Higha, RonJohn! Good to see you here. Truce indeed! All is well on my end, too, my brother. Except that all this talk of food is making me hungry!! This is the only drawback to our not having Thanksgiving here at our house this year. If dinner were here tomorrow, I could go down to the kitchen now and nip a little dressing . . . maybe some ham, too. All the real food's 75 miles away at my aunt's house!
