they caymon islands cant be compared to the rest of the carribean, they caymon islands have bank laws similar to those of the swiss, in which all information is disclosed. no one but the holder can alter or view the account. because of this alot of drug money from countries like colombia and all over the world is stored there. if they didnt have extremley strict laws on weed and other drugs, their country would be a safe haven for all drug lords. to prevent this from happening they make it illegal and try to protect the countries people, and their repuarte meaning they dont want to look bad and they want to be a succeding country not one suppressed in drugs and other immoral doings

I would like to go live someplace tropical for a couple months this winter and would like a legal experience :-) I was looking at Goa India which I figure is at least lenient...
