I'm not disputing the fact that it is openly smoked in jamaica or the carribean.
I'm talking about the law.
What happens "officially" and what happens in reality are two different things and obviously I am aware of this.
If you really want to open a can of worms, you can start talking about religion,culture and beliefs and whatnot and you could claim that jamaicans are having their human rights deprived because cannabis use is part of the jamaican culture.
Allow me to quote myself when I say:
"Most of the carribean is actually very "anti cannabis" by that, I mean, the police do bust people, and bust people hard,"
As you can see, I'm not talking about culture, I'm talking about the law.
