How was the steriotype "stoner" invented?

Everyone thinks I'm gay because I have long hair and I'm a guy, just because the current 'fad' is have short hair or a bowl cut(which I've have had since I was a kid) mainly no other guy has long hair. But it doesn't bother me, because I know different.
The town I live in thinks richer kids are smarter than the kids who live in Government homes, which is ludacris.
You just have to learn to deal with the world, good and bad.

I know the feeling man, I have long hair too and have to put it in a pony tail for work. People tend to look at me a little funny, I actually had someone ask me, so I told them to fuck off.
