What are you thankful for?
Tomorrow's Thanksgiving here in the United States, and that's supposed to be a time when we reflect on what we're thankful for and eat a big fall feast. This got me thinking that, even though this has been a sad year for my family, there's still a lot to be grateful for. Here are a few things I'm thankful about:
- My health and that of my husband, son, younger sister and parents--and the fact that we all love each other and get along
- My friends, including so many of you guys here, and my pets
- The fact that I'm in school studying something I enjoy
- The fact that we're having Thanksgiving dinner at my aunt's house, which means I don't have to prep for the event, cook for it, or clean up afterwards!
