Ther isn't a hole alot of difference, but RO may be a step better and more people use, but remember you want to use Cal Mag in conjunction because you loos some key micro nutriants when using eather that the Cal Mage makes up for.

Right now Im using Canna nutes in a peatmoss/perlite mix. I think there are additives I need to be adding in to the soil. Micronutes?
