The "green day"
Ha ha! I get that sometimes. I find the best way to avoid it, is to not smoke a ton of weed then go to bed right away. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I find if I smoke a good bowl right before bed, and fall asleep within 20-30min after toking, I wake up feeling tired still, after an 8-10hr sleep
(yes, I like sleep).
To get over it, take a little afternoon nap, drink some water, get some exercise, or, the best way I found, is just to smoke a bit of weed a get to bed a little earlier than normal.
