    The "green day"

No, not the band. Kill me now.

You smoke a lot of pot, and the next day you feel a little burnt out. Sort of like a hangover but much more pleasant.

My 'green day' today is a little out of whack... I feel kinda crappy. I probably should have gotten more than 8 hours of sleep to recooperate from yesterday (lots of weed).

I am wondering if you guys have found ways to reduce the uneasiness, and otherwise burnt out feelings.

haha what's the last line supposed to mean. :P

And actually, I think I might be getting something else... because I have the runs now and I don't think smoking the day before would cause you to have the runs at 7:30 PM...

good night sleep, exercise(I like to do push-ups), drink the recommended amount of water a day(8-10) cups, eat healthier and cut down on drinking pop, reduce the amount you smoke.

Really though the burnt-out feeling comes with smoking, obviously, so the best way is to just bring your tolorance down by reducing the amount you smoke. Possibly even timing out your smoke sessions so where you smoke a hour or two before you usually get to sleep. This way you will fall asleep already in the burnt out mode and conserve some as well!

Sounds like a Hashover to me (as opposed to an Alcohol Hangover)

Try drinking some coffee, or some energy drink, it'll perk you right up and no one would be the wiser.

Ha ha! I get that sometimes. I find the best way to avoid it, is to not smoke a ton of weed then go to bed right away. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but I find if I smoke a good bowl right before bed, and fall asleep within 20-30min after toking, I wake up feeling tired still, after an 8-10hr sleep (yes, I like sleep).

To get over it, take a little afternoon nap, drink some water, get some exercise, or, the best way I found, is just to smoke a bit of weed a get to bed a little earlier than normal.
