    2) When do i need to turn the fan on...when im switching to flowering?

    3) when the light are off...my temp drops to 18.5 degrees celsius...how do i keep the temp constant?

    Thanks people

1, you cfl will probably be adequete for 2-3 more weeks then you should probably switch to better lighting if your not vegging very long you may be able to wait until you switch to flowering there is no specific time you could even do it now but that kinda of defeats the purpose of using a cfl to begin with, but once they get so big the cfl will not provide enough coverage and you should switch.
2, you should have a circulating fan blowing on the plants, if you dont have one on yet you should probably start now you may not need it one high or close to the plants at first but you should see the plants move a little back and forth as the fan blows on them.
3, dont worry about keeping the temp constant most all grow rooms will have a higher temp when the lights are on and it isnt dropping low enough to cause any problems.

    ditto bej,
probably need minimum 4 weeks of veging starting from seed and 8 weeks or more if you want big growth and have the room. At least they should have alternating stems before you go to flower.
