My dad used to work for Philips Industrial (simply years ahead pling plang plong)...and they had an Operators Manual that had that message emblazoned on the front:

"IF ALL ELSE FAILS...READ THIS!!"

I don't understand the RCI graph that tell you how much demand there is for residential commercial and industrial areas. If the line is high does it mean there is no demand for something or a lot of demand? Rating: 5
