That sucks... the plants look good, but i am sorry to say your lighting has inhibited your plant, You should have been using 24/7 ight this entire time, your plants are very small for the age, my plants are atleast 25 days YOUNGER than yours and huge, i grow entirely with rockwool too. my plants are a little over 1 month old.
