marijuana doesn't significantly impair your ability to drive. people drive stoned all the time. i've ridden with people before who were really high while i was sober and i couldnt tell they drove any worse.

smoking while driving isn't such a big deal, I find that I tend to slow down more than speed while high, so I have to consciously make an effort to drive faster than I normally would in order to compensate. PLus, driving stoned is NOTHING compared to driving drunk, you can pretty easily compensate for your slowed reaction time while high.

Im from the boonies. When you finish your friday night pow-wows....you gotta go home...usually that means a 20+ mile drive. Thats just what its like. I've driven many of miles impaired and have always been careful. As a motorcycle rider, I am a big advocate of being a defensive and cautious driver. When i drive, I don't watch out where I'm driving, I watch where everyone else is driving....because thats who im worried about, not me.
Point is: IF you can't handle your drink and dro, don't drive cause you might end up killing someone.

me and my friends go on blunt rides all the time its nothing, i drive a stick and i can still easily drive and smoke a blunt at the same time, there was only one time when i couldnt drive becaues it was back when i was just starting out and i was freaking out so i had someone else drive, the only thing i am worried about is cops but where i live there is so many other cars driving around a cop would never know
