Then she called the precient to talk to the DT she said they came in without my permission and the DT said that they never came in. Do you guys think i should try to take legal action about this? My friend is a witness to them walking in.

Every department has I.A. (Internal Affairs). These are the cops that bust the cops. Go down to the department with your mother and file an offical complaint with I.A. You might not see what happens, but the cops sure will! The street cops hate I.A. cops because they can destroy the street cops. Thats my 2 cents.
