I understand the moral arguement but why should such monsters be treated like humans anyway? What about the victims, whose lives are ruined by these sick people who are not treatable.
if you could justify putting them to death, that would mean awhole lot of other groups of people would come up for consideration of the same thing... personally, i think the death penalty is stupid... and i'll tell you why... more than likely the person you're sentencing to death, doesn't give two shits about his life anyways (if he did, he more than likely wouldn't be in that situation right?) so basicly, you're just giving them an easy way out.. make them rot in prison, that's punishment... anyone that's even spent a couple of nights in jail, could tell you just how bad it would be to know you'll never be free again and you're stuck in this cage for the rest of your life.. that's punishment..
