if none of the responses above help you and if you are rolling your joints correctly, than I would either suggest using two papers for more thickness, or go out and buy some quality papes.

either super dry weed, or you need to roll em tighter in my opinion...or you have iron lungs and could suck a bowling ball through a garden hose

This is gonna sound gross, but try baptizing (wetting the tip of the joint with saliva) before lighting and during the joint to help it burn slowly..

its not gross at all, we do it all the time.

over here its just called wetting the joint
