I decided to bend my plant rather than cut or break it. I just took some string, looped the top, bent it down and tid the string to the base of the plant. I read about the auxins theory and it seems to have worked. As soon as the main shoot was below the other branches, they started growing faster, and the main slowed down. I just cut the string before taking the pictures.

I got three clone from a friend of mine.(for free) She charged me two hugs, one on the way in and one on the way out. (can't beat that deal) The plant is a Jack Herer, a hybrid indica with a short flowering requirement. She likes to flower them right away after cloning, with little veg time. I went with a hortilux metal ace in a 400 watt hps ballast. I'm going to veg it till it's about 2 feet tall and then start Rating: 5
