When you say he was high on diesel...are you talking about the strain Sour or NYC diesel or somethin else?

Today my brother (14 years old) came home high on diesel, he was basically retarded so I know he wasn't lying and he told me it wasn't his first time (he dabbles in a lot of drugs, sadly). We don't live together so I can't keep an eye on him at ALL times, or this would NOT have happpened. What would you guys say to him? I want to scream at him but I know he won't listen.. Rating: 5
