Actually the cops use the weakest version of the taser/stun guns. It's a combo unit with interchangable heads that puts out 50,000 Volt. This is the common voltage for the air taser but stun guns can go much, much higher. The stun gun I've got is rated at 350,000 volts........it was the big dog of its time but is now more of a mid-range. I think you can find them on e-bay rated for up to 900,000 volts. SHOCKING!!

So the next time someone tells you they took a taser hit and kept going you can expose the bullshit. I can see these being the norm in the future...
