    Coon's in my can...

Last night I heard a noise on my back porch,,, I opened the door then got my cam and took pics through the storm door... There was 2 racoons one was really cool,,, I like felt a bond it and almost went out and petted it... anyway this one was aware of me and was more curious than frightened... I took like 30 pics and they all sucked,,,these are the best ones...

LOL, racoons are everywhere. My folks have a couple that always pop up in her backyard, and that's in a city with over a million people! Well, San Jose more like a giant suburb than a city. I live about a mile closer to the mountains than my folks do and we get all kinds of critters in our yard too. This past summer I caught a one you'd appreciate Skink: a big fat alligator lizard, at least 12" long.

I live in the burbs and do everything I can to attract wildlife... 50 pounds of sunflower seeds is not quite lasting me a week, few years ago that lasted me the whole winter season...
