tripping on weed

I need to know WTF happened to me. I'm pretty sure I tripped on weed- even though I've heard it's not possible. I have never done shrooms/acid or any other hallucinogen so I don't know if I was tripping or not, but damn. My friend made a Gravity Bong and I had never used one before. He packed me a big bowl, and I cleared it in 3 hits. At first I didn't feel that high, but about 10 minutes later... I can't even explain it. I felt like my body and my mind were disconnected, and I would be watching myself do shit as if I wasn't in my body- almost like I was standing right behind myself staring at the back of my head, but being able to see thru to see what I was doing. I could do two things from that point- I could fight it or I could roll with it. Fighting it made it go away for a couple seconds and then it would come back, and just letting it come and chilling made me really dizzy and everything would look really fuzzy. So I went downstairs where my friend was and I was like, "dude.. im REALLY fucking high". and i said that at least 10 times, itd be like the only thing i would say.

and i said "my body"

i made no sense to him, and now i cant even make sense of what i was talking about myself.. My vision trailed and shit too... for instance, if I moved my hand I would see trails of it behind it, like tehre were 25 hands. Later on my vision went almost like a strobe light.. instead of seeing everything smoothly when i would turn my head or something, i would see everythnig like a slide show of pics... it was weird

by far the weirdest shit tho, is when I was upstairs in his bathroom (i was throwing up for alittle because I got really dizzy- or may have also been because i was overwhelmed).. I was laying down on the ground in the bathroom with my eyes closed. Sometimes when i toke when my eyes are closed I have really cool closed eye visuals. When i first started toking I didnt like it and they made me dizzy, but I've grown to appreciate them. So in my head is kind of like a music visualizer. I do not remember at all what happened in it, but take for example a line like this would come up in my thoughts

my body would seriously feel like it just moved up and down like it did in the line..

when it zigzagged left and right, i would feel like my body was moving left and right... by far the two strangest things that happened was

1. a sensation where i feel like im attached to like a spring on my body, and i myself, my thoughts and such, drifted off to the right/up/down/left, whatever, but it felt like another part of me, or my body, or somethng, would just chill where i started at. Then I would kind of snap back to my body after a second of drifting.. it was a really sweet sensation, unlike the other one i am about to describe

2. Remember i was talking about the visualizer? Well, imagine a visualizer that has tons of blue turquiose, green swirling colors and crystals. That image would spontaneously get whipped at my face. like.. i would see a little whip and then BAM (i even heard a boom in my head when it came) it would cover my entire vision (with my eyes closed that is), and the image would feel to go right thru me.. its hard to describe.. like, i would feel the image consume me, it was the wierdest thing... If it wasnt for this thing, i wouldnt have not liked the high i got- but this killed it. Everytime it came I would get overwhelmed, scared, and really sick.. all over this one stupid image. I got so pissed off by it I tried just staring at the wall, making sure i didnt close my eyes to let it come again. I was scared to blink because i thought id see it being whipped at me again..

yesterday was the most stoned ive ever been in my life, and ive been toking for abuot two years now. the weirdest part about the whole thing is that my friend took two average sized gbong hits and just got really high. The weed wasnt dank either.. it was like low beaster..

i know it sounds farfetched and a lot of you will probably just call me a liar, but for those of you who have experienced something like this before, can yuo tell me why it happened?

my theory at the moment is that I hadnt eaten anything all day because i just got my braces tightened and my teeth hurt like abitch, and i had never smoked a gbong before, plus i am a small dude so.. i think i just got really really stoned

I've said this many times before, marijuana is a DRUG just like LSD and all that other shit. You have low expectations and you have enough you will trip out and not know how to handle it. It is possible to trip on weed, sometimes I get so high my thoughts are like actual people talking. I can literally hear it . Just don't do as much the next time if you didn't like your trip. Btw I've been through everything you explained in this experience except for seeing my own self. If I close my eyes and imagine I can see my self vividly but that's about it. And yes, I hear great things about the "Gravity Bong" .

truth dude.. i guess there are limits to weed : / ... and about the seeing myself thing.. it wasnt really like i was seeing myself- i dont really know how to describe it.. more like I didnt feel like I was there, like when I touched somethng it was shocking because it seemed as if I everythin was really distant.. like i said, hard to describe

Oh, yeah man. Now I get you a bit better. I think I've only gotten so high that I just had to say "fuck it" and lay down and try to sleep it off once. And when that happened things were the same haha. Like my brain was rushing too much for me to even think if anything was real or not. I really started to wonder what was the difference between consciousness and sleep and death.


And yes Mean Green, I am saying I have never tried a Gravity Bong .

Wow, that sounds sick. I've had some similar things happen, I have that whole "slide show" effect all the time, almost every time I get really baked. It's a pretty quick slide show though, maybe 3 or 4 "pictures" a second.
