It really isn't that unfair. I didn't mean it seriously, but when you think about it, it isn't really an unfair punishment. Look at the name of the crime. You are taking someones identity in order to buy a big screen tv under their name. You are stealing everything they worked for and pretending to be that person. When you steal someone's identity, why shouldn't you be responsible for everything that identity has done?
JaggedEdge Reviewed by JaggedEdge on . Identity theft... I'm sure there are people out there who have tried to steal someones identity like mine... Where they wouldn't even get a 50 dollar credit card in my name. I have bad credit. Now my feeling is, if someone ever attempted to steal my identity and was caught, he/she should than legally be responisble for my debt. Not just the fucked up shit they cause, but they should also be responisble for all the shit the other person has done. Did the man who's identity you stole kill a man? Congratulations, Rating: 5
